How to play
Everyone reads the same case file, then gets a private witness card with three facts: where they were, what they saw and one small detail. Nobody is lying. Every card is true, but each one shows only part of what happened, so the group has to put the pieces together.
During the discussion, players pin their facts to a shared timeline, add short notes, mark entries they doubt and talk it through in the chat. Between discussions, new evidence comes in: camera stills, messages, receipts, call logs and handwritten notes. Some of it is solid, some only partly right and some misleading on purpose, and you only find out which at the end.
Finally, everyone answers three questions: how it happened, what explains the key contradiction, and who, if anyone, is responsible. The reveal shows the full story and every witness card. You score points for your own correct answers, and the whole group earns more for each question it gets right together and for each key fact on the timeline.
