How to play

At the start of each round, every player privately checks their card. Everyone gets the same secret word except one player, the faker. Then you take turns giving a one-word clue: specific enough to show you know the word, vague enough not to hand it to the faker. In the word modes, a clue can’t give the word away or repeat one already given.

After the clues, the chat opens for a short discussion, and then everyone votes for the player they think is faking. Catch the faker and everyone who voted for them scores 2 points; if the faker slips away, they score 4, and anyone who suspected them still gets 1. A new player becomes the faker every round, so everyone gets a turn at bluffing.

There are three modes. In Classic, the faker knows their role, sees only the category, and can steal 3 points by guessing the word after being caught. In Undercover, the faker gets a similar word from the same category and has no idea they’re the odd one out. In Questions, everyone answers a question in one word while the faker secretly got a slightly different one. The highest score at the end wins.
