Request Account Deletion
This page applies to the Guezzer app and developer listing. You can request deletion of your Guezzer account and associated personal data using the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Step 1: Send an email to hello@guezzer.com with subject: Account Deletion Request - Guezzer.
Step 2: Include your registered email address, user ID (if available), and in-game nickname so we can verify the account.
Step 3: We confirm your request and start deletion after verification.
Step 4: Your account is deleted within 30 days after verification.
What Data Is Deleted or Kept
Deleted
- Profile information and account credentials
- In-app account settings
- Direct identifiers tied to your account
May Be Anonymized
- Gameplay records used for aggregated statistics
- Non-identifiable analytics data
Retained Temporarily
- Security and fraud-prevention logs (up to 90 days)
- Records required by law, tax, or compliance obligations
